The Priority Client service is a premium, low contention, monthly service agreement that provides you with access to IT services for: long duration, on demand access, anytime phone support, and, where possible within connectivity constraints, remote field access. The service agreement rates are designed for small to medium sized local businesses with a global presence, having multiple computers, and a dependence upon quality IT support to keep their business running.
The On Call service is designed for businesses whose IT systems are crucial for their company and, although on-call hourly rates are higher than As-Needed, expect same-day response times during extended business hours (8am-9pm).
The As-Needed service provides access to IT services booked in advance, at a mutually agreed date and time within normal business hours (9am-6pm) at a simple, economical hourly rate. Depending upon schedules, you can expect as-needed support onsite with 3 working days.

After discussing your requirements, understanding your budgetary, personnel, and technology constraints, you will receive a fixed-price statement of work outlining the various costs and options that meet your requirements. Within the fixed-price project work are standard packages for common business projects: web site design, broadband setup, E-mail solutions, wireless and new server and workstation commissions, and "help, my PC is going slow".
